It’s a plight black women around the world face daily.
On a beautiful sunny day in June in Atlanta (temperature at a toasty 85º), someone (probably a man) suggests that the group (of men and women) hit the pool for a midday swim.
Naturalista 1: Go outside? I’ll sweat my hair out.
Naturalista 2: Exactly! Then you want me to get IN the pool? My next hair appointment isn’t until...

However [comma] if men and women are the ones reporting the numbers, and they do indeed lie, then can’t numbers lie as well?

So. For Lent I’ve taken on and given up a few things. The big one being drinking more water. If you know me, you know my blood runs warm with the deliciousness that is sweet tea. I love sweet tea. If sweet tea were a man, I’d marry it. Today. (I had sweet tea with my breakfast yesterday. Just in case you were wondering.)
But I digress.
